|I know, I know... it isn't Catholic... but EFT is a technique that helps folks
get past "blocks" If there is sin or wounds from sin involved, the Sacrament
of Confession is the best way to start, but "tapping" can even help find the
courage for that and help a person get past the blocks in themselves that
have been keeping them from going to Confession or even from making a
very good Confession. Then it continues to help with stress, pain and anxiety
in every day life. It is a help, and works best with prayer. And so, I am sharing.
